Spanish-style chicken legs

For 4 people.

Cooking time: 15 + 15 + 5 min.

You will need: 4 chicken legs, 1 Tbsp. l. Olive oil, sweet peppers, 4 unpeeled ripe tomatoes, 2 zucchini, 1 tsp. l. Frozen greens, 12 olives, salt.

Preparation:

1. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan and brown the chicken on all sides. Then put the chicken in the bottom of the steamer. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and steam for 15 minutes.

2. Dice peeled and peeled tomatoes. Put the zucchinis in thick slices and the bell peppers in julienne strips. Place the vegetables and herbs in a medium steamer bowl. Simmer for another 15 minutes.

3. 5 minutes before cooking, add olives to vegetables.

Serve the chicken and vegetables on warmed plates.
