Combination Cookers

You will need: 2 pieces of shank per piece, 2 garlic cloves, 1-2 sprigs of herbs per piece, spices sweet and hot red pepper, tandoori, turmeric , 100g sour cream, salt.

Preparation: peel off skin and cut meat. Pass it together with garlic and herbs through a meat grinder, make mince, add salt, spices. Carefully fill the skin around the bone with minced meat. Cook on steam for 20-25 min.

Squeeze garlic cloves into sour cream, salt, add spices. Serve the legs with sour cream sauce and side dish.
