Recipes for multicookers: cottage cheese casserole with fruit

Today we are going to cook in a Cuckoo multicooker

Cottage cheese and fruit casserole.

For this we choose the following program mode



We will need:

1. Cheese cheese – 300-400 gr.

2. Eggs – 2 pcs.

3. Wheat flour. – 3 st.l.

4. Sugar sand – 3/4 m.tbsp.

5. Dough leavening agent – 1 hr.l.

6. Stuffed apricots – 7 pcs.

7. Butter – 10 gr.

1. Beat eggs with sugar.

2. Add the cottage cheese, flour mixed with baking powder. Knead everything into a homogeneous mass.

3. Peel and core an apple and cut into small cubes.

4. Rinse dried apricots and cut into small pieces.

5. Add the fruits to the prepared mixture and stir together.

6. Grease the bottom of the bowl with butter.

7. Place in a bowl the garlic mass, ready to be cooked.

8. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “OVEN” program and adjust time – 45 minutes and temperature level 1. Press “START” button.
