Recipes for multicooker: cottage cheese

1. Kefir 3.2% fat – 1 liter

Preparation:

1. Pour the kefir in the bowl of pressure cooker.

3. When done cooking, open lid and allow contents to cool.

4. Toss the cottage cheese in a sieve and wait until the whey flows out.

5. Put the cottage cheese in a bowl.
