Make cottage cheese and pumpkin casserole in a Philips multicooker

You’ll need:

500 g. grated pumpkin or pumpkin seed cake,

100 ml of milk,

150g cottage cheese,

1 egg,

1 tbsp. Spoonful of flaxseed meal,

vanillin,

Sweetener sugar, honey or stevioside .

Preparation:

Put the cake in a bowl, pour milk and cook, stirring constantly, in Boil mode for 10 minutes. Process the curd and egg with a blender, add the flour, vanilla and sweetener and place them in the bowl. Select “Bake” mode, time 40 minutes, temperature 180ºC, press “Start”. Serve with honey and milk.
