We will need:

1. Boiled turkey – 100 gr.

2. Zucchini – 100 gr.

3. Egg or 3 quail eggs – 1.

4. Butter – 1 ch.l.

5. Milk – 2 tbsp.l.

6. Rice flour – 2 ch.l.

7. Salt and spices – to taste.

Preparation:

1. Separate the egg into egg yolk and egg white.

2. Peel and dice zucchini.

3. Chop the meat into pieces.

4. Put all the ingredients except the egg white in the blender bowl and puree.

5. Whisk the egg white until stiff.

6. Gently fold the protein into the mashed mass from bottom to top.

7. Place in greased ramekins and steam for 15 minutes.

8. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “COOKING” program and set the time, 15 minutes and 2 temperature level. Press “START” button.
