Recipes for Multicooker: Fish and Zucchini

Today we are going to cook with a Cuckoo multicooker

fish with zucchini.

For this we will choose the program mode

“MULTIPOVAR.

We will need:

1. Flounder fillet – 150 gr.

2. Potatoes – 300 gr.

3. Onions – 200 gr.

4. Zucchini – 1 small zucchini.

5. Vegetable oil – 0,8 l. – 2 tbsp.l.

6. Black pepper – to taste.

7. Dill oil – 0 6. – 50 gr.

8. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp.l.

9. Sour cream – 1 tbsp.l.

10. Dried dill – 0.5 ch.l.

11. Mustard – 2 tbsp.l.

12. Salt – to taste.

13. Water – 2 m. st.

Small kitchen appliances

Preparation:

1. Slice the fish into 2 – 3 cm pieces. Salt, pepper and lemon juice on top.

2. The fish should marinade for a few minutes.

3. Cut potatoes and zucchini into thin slices, onions into thin half rings.

4 .Prepare sauce. Add in water, sour cream, mustard and dill.

5. Pour oil in a bowl, add all the ingredients, season with salt, pepper and add water.

6. Select the “CROWN” program with the RIGHT, LEFT buttons, set the time – 30 minutes and the temperature to 100 degrees Celsius. Press “START” button.
