Smoked turkey in a multicooker

The multicooker isn’t just for baking – it’s a full-fledged, healthy cooking appliance, above all. But it makes an extraordinarily tender pastry, and especially good biscuit dough. I’ll tell you how to cook charlotte in it – although the dish is common, but in the multicooker it comes out like a masterpiece of haute cuisine. We are also preparing a healthy pastry.

Multicookers

You will need: 2 cups of multicooker flour,

2 cups sugar, 300 g 3 pcs. fresh apples,

5 chicken eggs,

10 g butter to grease the tin,

3 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs,

3 st. l. powdered sugar,

2 tbsp. l. ground cinnamon to decorate the surface,

5 g 1 sachet vanilla sugar,

2 tbsp. l. 20 g Tworopysh mix or starch for apples.

Cooking: beat eggs in a mixer at high speed for 10-15 seconds, add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Whisk until stiff and frothy. Add flour and mix until smooth.

Spread the dough in a greased pan of your multicooker, sprinkled with breadcrumbs or semolina, level the surface of the dough with a plastic spatula.

Wash the apples, cut them into slices, remove the core. Sprinkle the apple slices with the curd mix or starch to preserve the natural moisture and prevent it from getting into the batter.

Spread the prepared apples on top of the pastry. Cook in “Baking” mode for 65 minutes. If at the end of cooking you can visually see that the surface of the cake is liquid, you can increase the cooking time by 20 minutes.

After baking, leave the pie in the mold for another 3-5 minutes to separate the crust from the sides of the pan. Then tip the cake on a plate, cool it down to room temperature. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.

Put strips of paper 6 pieces, 2 cm wide, A4 format on the surface of the pie in any shape, sprinkle the pie with ground cinnamon. Carefully remove the paper strips. Portion the ready cake and serve with tea or coffee.

Can a multicooker really produce a flavorful and juicy smoked turkey? I’m curious to know if the multicooker can replicate the authentic smoky taste and tender texture that traditional smokers can achieve. Has anyone attempted smoking a turkey in a multicooker? If so, how did it turn out and what tips or techniques would you suggest for optimal results?
