Recipes for Multicooker: turkey

Today we are going to cook in a Cuckoo multicooker

Kabardinoff-style turkey.

Select the program mode

We will need:

1. Turkey – 1.5 kg.

2. Garlic – 5 cloves.

3. Red pepper – to taste.

4. Butter – 50 grams.

5. Onions – 150 grams.

6. Flour – 100 grams.

7. Broth – 0.5 liters.

8. Salt to taste.

Preparation:

1. Rinse and divide turkey in portions.

2. Chop the onion in rings, finely mince the garlic.

3. Place turkey in a bowl and add 5 measuring cups of water. Select with buttons RIGHT, LEFT the “MULTI-Cooker” program, set the time 45 minutes and the temperature – 100 degrees.

4. After cooking, empty the broth into a bowl and season the turkey with garlic and salt.

5. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “Frying” program and set the time, 5 minutes and 3 temperature level. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the CLOSED position. Fry with the lid open. Press “START” button.

6. Fry onion in butter until golden brown. Add flour and 2 level cups of the broth in which the turkey was boiled. Season with salt, red pepper and mix well.
