Certainly! Here’s a simple and flavorful fish soup recipe designed for a multicooker:

      Ingredients:
      – 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia), cut into chunks
      – 1 onion, chopped
      – 2 garlic cloves, minced
      – 1 carrot, diced
      – 1 celery stalk, diced
      – 1 bell pepper, diced
      – 1 can diced tomatoes
      – 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
      – 1 tsp dried thyme
      – 1 tsp dried oregano
      – Salt and pepper to taste
      – Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

      Instructions:
      1. Set your multicooker to the sauté function and heat some olive oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
      2. Add the carrot, celery, and bell pepper, and cook for a few more minutes until vegetables are slightly softened.
      3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, fish broth, thyme, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
      4. Close the multicooker lid and set it to cook on the soup or stew setting for about 15 minutes.
      5. After the cooking time, release the pressure and open the lid carefully.
      6. Add the fish fillets to the soup, making sure they are submerged. Close the lid and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.
      7. Serve the fish soup hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Enjoy your delicious and homemade fish soup made conveniently in your multicooker!
