Recipes for Multicooker: Steamed Fish

Today we are going to cook in a Cuckoo multicooker

steamed fish.

To do this, we select the program mode

We will need:

1. Fish – 1-1.2 kg.

2. Onions – 70 gr.

3. Carrots – 100 gr.

4. Balsamic vinegar. – 2 ch.l.

5. Vegetable oil. – 2 ch.l.

6.Tomato paste – 2tbsp.l.

7. Peppers – 6 pcs.

8. Leaf blossom – 2 pcs.

9. Salt – to taste.

10. Water – 3 m.tbsp.

Multicooker Cuckoo CRP-A 1010 F

Preparation:

1. Cut the fish into portions, season with pepper and salt, add the vinegar and leave for 30 minutes.

2. Cut onion in half rings, grate carrots on coarse grater.

3. Season onion and carrots with chives, bay leaf and vegetable oil.

Add salt and mix thoroughly.

4. Dissolve the tomato paste with water and add salt.

5. Pour 2 level measuring cups of water into the bowl and put the steam plate.

6. Place one-third of the vegetables on the steam plate. Place chunks of fish and top with the remaining onions and carrots in an even layer. Pour the cooked tomato mixture over the top.

7. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “COOKING” program and set the time, 30 minutes and 3 temperature level. Press START button.
