1. Fish fillets – 400 gr.
2. Milk – 125 ml.
3. Bread – 60 gr.
4. Butter – 2 tablespoons of butter.l.
5. Onion – 70 gr.
6. Egg – 1pc.
7. Black pepper – to taste.
8. Salt – to taste.

1. Grind fish fillet in meat grinder. Add onion, bread soaked in milk and once again pass through the meat grinder.
2 . Gradually add the milk in which the bread has been soaked, a third of the melted butter, the egg and mix well.
3. Form the cutlets into minced meat.
4. Pour 2 level measuring cups of water into the bowl. Put steam plate and place cutlets on it.
5. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select the “COOKING” program, set the time for 30 minutes and the temperature level 2. Press “START” button.
6. Sprinkle with butter before serving.
