Recipe for Oursson MG2010 Homemade Cookies

We will need for 8 servings:

Wheat flour – 250 g,

Leavening agent – 1 tsp.l.,

Chicken egg – 1 egg.,

Butter – 150 gr,

Salt – pinch,

granulated sugar – 100 gr,

Vanilla sugar – 10 g,

Almond Petals – 30g.

Also:

Almond petals for sprinkles – 10 g.

Method of preparation:

1. Pass all ingredients for the dough through the fine grinder to make it homogeneous.

2. Pass the finished dough through a meat grinder, cutting off equal portions of the rolled dough with a knife, and stack the cookie pieces on a baking tray.

3. Sprinkle the dough pieces with almond petals.

4. Bake in a preheated 180° C oven until done, about 35-40 minutes.

5. Remove the baked cookies from the baking tray and put them on a plate. Chill and serve.

Note:

Baking time depends on the weight of the dough pieces.

Almond petals can be bought in supermarkets in the grocery departments.

Cooking Time: 1 hour.
