Recipe for Oursson MG2010 Mediterranean-style Meatballs

Mediterranean-style meatballs

We will need for 4 servings:

Sea bass fillet – 500 g,

Parsley – 1 bundle,

Onions – 2 ~150 gr, pcs. ,

Salt – 3g,

4 pepper mill mix – pinch,

Wheat bread – 50 gr unpeeled slices ,

Water – 50 gr,

Chicken egg – 1 ~50g, pcs. ,

Black olives pitted – 8 units.,

Olive oil for frying – 50 g.

For decoration:

Lettuce leaves – 5 pcs.,

Fried shrimps large – 4 units.,

Sweet pepper – 1 pc.,

Cherry tomatoes – 5 pcs.

Method of preparation:

1. Chop onion and sea bass slices until they flow freely through the mincer’s feeding opening.

2. Soak bread in water, chop parsley finely.

3. Place a coarse grate in a meat grinder and make a mince of chunks of sea bass, parsley, onion and wheat bread.

4. Season with salt and pepper, add an egg and mix the filling until smooth.

5. Moisten hands with water and form round shaped meatballs. Squeeze an olive in each billet.

6. Fry fish meatballs on both sides in hot olive oil.

7. Place the salad leaves on a flat dish and arrange the toasted meatballs on them.

8. If you prefer, you can decorate the dish with rings of bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and large fried shrimps. Serve as a main dish.

Cooking Time: 1 hour.

Note: If desired, the dish can be garnished with a sea shrimp cocktail instead of shrimp.
