Vegetarian sausage recipe for Oursson MG2010 MG1310 meat grinder

We will need for 10 servings:

Boiled peas – 300 g,

Fresh carrots – 250 gr,

Pumpkin Musk – 500 g,

Onions – 350g,

Garlic – 3 cloves,

Curry seasoning – 1 tsp.l.,

Dried basil – a pinch,

Soy sauce – 3 tablespoons.l.,

4 pepper mill mix – 0.25 tsp.l.,

Sunflower oil – 50 g,

Also

:

Pork Chop – 3m,

Olive oil for frying sausages – 50g,

Fresh herbs for decoration – 5 sprigs.

Cooking method:

1. Finely chop the onion and garlic, cut the carrots into julienne strips and dice the pumpkin.

2. Fry the prepared ingredients in sunflower oil.

3. Put a fine grate in the multi-food grinder and grind boiled peas and roasted vegetables.

4. Pour the soy sauce into the minced meat, add spices and mix.

5. Put on the meat grinder all the necessary accessories for making the sausages see the. instructions . Use a large or medium sausage maker attachment, depending on the configuration of your meat grinder.
