Homemade creamy yogurt with cherries
We will need:
Milk 3.2% fat – 500 ml,
Cream 20% fat – 50 ml,
Yogurt 3.8% fat no additives – 100 g,
Dried cherries – 50 g.
Method of preparation:
1. Mix milk, cream, and yogurt in a deep bowl using a whisk.
2. Place dried cherries in each yogurt container, fill with milk mixture, close containers with lids.
3. You need to put it in the dehydrator tray, set the temperature to 40°C and the time to 8 hours.
4. At the end of the cooking time, transfer the yogurt containers to the refrigerator.
Note:
If desired, you can add sugar.
Store homemade yogurts in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
