We will need 12 servings:
Wheat grain โ 200 g,
Drinking water โ 200 ml.

Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the wheat with clean water and soak the grains in cold water for 12 hours.
2. Rinse swollen wheat grains again.
3. Moisten pieces of gauze with water, place them in the bottom of yoghurt containers, spread the wheat, flatten the kernels and cover with a lid.
4. Put the containers in the tray of the dehydrator.
5. Set the temperature โ 40 C and time โ 48 hours.
6. Transfer the sprouted grains to a bowl.
Note:
Use Oursson storage containers for sprouted wheat.
Daily portion of sprouted wheat โ 3 soup spoons.
Cooking Time: 60 hours.
