Panasonic Easter cakes

Ingredients:

Panasonic

Yeast โ€“ 2,5 teaspoons

Wheat flour โ€“ 450 gr

Salt โ€“ 0,5 teaspoon

Eggs โ€“ 4 pcs

Sugar โ€“ 4 tablespoons

Vanillin โ€“ 1 teaspoon

Butter โ€“ 100 gr

Citrus juice โ€“ 50 ml

Raisins, candied fruits, nuts โ€“ full dispenser

Lasts 4 hours

To bake the kulich, choose program L โ€“ basic with raisins.

When kneading the dough, make sure the dough is thick, does not stick to the walls if necessary, add flour in small portions, beating it into the dough, otherwise the flour will be scattered around the oven.

Add a tablespoon of spices: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, minced in a mortar, chopped candied ginger petals, whole orange and lemon peel.

Add flavoring at once pour liquid after adding flour.
