This recipe was provided by Brand Service. I think the yeast is a bit much, I would take 1.5 to 2 teaspoons maximum.
When kneading the dough, make sure that the dough is thick, does not stick to the walls if necessary, add flour in small portions.
You can spice up the recipe: add a tablespoon of spices: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves – grind in a mortar chopped candied ginger petals a whole orange and lemon zest. Put the liquid in first, the rest after the flour.
Kulich photo turned out a giant. You can see that it is shaped like a mushroom when baked, its cap is against the lid. Obviously, the original recipe exceeds the norm of yeast.
I recently came across a recipe for Easter loaf from Kenwood, and it looks delicious! However, I’m not familiar with Kenwood products. Can anyone who has used a Kenwood appliance tell me how well it works for baking? Is it worth investing in one specifically for this recipe, or are there any other alternatives I can consider? Thank you!
