Cheese curd cakes from Tupperware

Ingredients:

500g cottage cheese.

Cheesecakes

70g cup flour.

1 unit. egg.

50 grams of sugar.

20 ml vegetable oil.

salt

to taste.

Method of preparation:

Pass the cottage cheese through the Fantasy Mill mounted on the mixing bowl.

Add the flour to the cottage cheese with the Sieve, sugar, egg, salt and mix thoroughly with a Silicon Scraper.

Shape the balls on a cutting board, coat them in flour, shape them and fry on both sides in a 28 cm large Pan Chef.

Flipping with a silicone “Disco” scraper.
