Burners are indispensable for cooking in massive cast-iron pots and grills. One of them is installed in the front on the right, the other is behind on the left. The middle burner has a capacity close to the standard one, as well as the small one, designed for compact pots and pans.
The main oven burner is also very powerful, which allows you to quickly reach the desired temperature in the chamber, especially since its maximum value is 270 degrees. The grill of the oven also gives an intense heat.
An interesting feature of this model is the increased volume of the oven, it makes 72 liters, at standard stoves it usually is within 54-60 liters. This model is designed for those who are able to make culinary feats – baking a turkey, piglet, and loaves in large forms.
Control
The hob burners are equipped with a two-hand ignition system. On the right side of the panel there is a button which, when pressed at the base of the burner, activates a piezo light that produces a spark. Light pressure no gas without pressure – safety function and turning the knob opens the fuel supply and creates a flame on the burner. The regulators have two ready positions – small and maximum flame.
Oven is ignited manually. But the bottom burner is equipped with a device to maintain the temperature – the thermostat. This device controls the intensity of the flame so that the temperature always remains at the value chosen by the user. The grill can only be turned on at full power. You can adjust the degree of impact from this burner by selecting the level of the oven. For roasting large dishes in the oven you can use the spit. It is connected to the motor and can be used both with the main burner and the grill.
Gas control system is used in the oven to prevent fuel leaks.
