MODEL DESCRIPTION
A distinctive feature of this model is the emphasis on powerful elements. So, the control panel has not one, as usual, but two of them at once – these are 2.9 kW burners. The burners are so convenient that they can be used to bring the food to the required temperature very quickly. For this purpose, either medium cookware or large – kettle, pot, frying pan is suitable. Burners are indispensable for cooking in massive cast-iron pots and on the grill. One is mounted at the front right, the other at the back left. The medium burner has a capacity close to standard values, as well as the small burner designed for compact cookware. The main oven burner is also very powerful and allows you to reach the temperature required in the oven more quickly, particularly as its maximum value is 270°. Oven grill also gives intense heat. An interesting feature of the model is an increased capacity of the oven, it makes 72 liters, in standard stoves it is usually in the range of 54-60 liters. This model is designed for those who are capable of culinary feats – baking turkey, piglet, loaves in large forms.
CONTROL
The burners on the hob have a two-hand ignition system. On the right side of the panel there is a button that, when pushed, triggers a piezo light at the base of the burner, which produces a spark. Lightly touching no gas without pushing – safety function and turning knob opens fuel inlet and creates flame on burner. Regulators have two ready-to-use positions – low flame and maximum flame. The oven is ignited manually. But at the same time the bottom burner is equipped with a device to maintain the temperature – thermostat. This device controls the intensity of the flame so that the temperature always respects the value chosen by the user. Grill switches on only at full power. It is possible to regulate the degree of impact of this burner by selecting the level of the oven. To grill large dishes in the oven you can use the rotisserie. It is connected to the motor and can be used both with the main burner and the grill. Gas control system is used in the oven to protect from fuel leakage.
DESIGN
The entire appliance front is made of glass, including the control panel. Solid hob grids are made of cast iron. Under the oven there is a drawer. The lid of the stove is made of impact-resistant glass.
