MODEL DESCRIPTION
Stove with a gas hob and a simple 50 cm wide electric oven. The hob has a glass lid. Under the oven there is a storage compartment for accessories with a hinged door.
HOB
The hob has four burners. The far side has the same medium-powered elements, which are best used for cooking dishes that require a minimum of housewife attention. There are two kinds of burners on the front. Small, low power, traditionally used for small-diameter pots and pans and for cooking small portions. It is convenient to cook porridge for the kid, to make coffee in a bucket in the morning, to cook eggs, etc. The second burner, on the other hand, is the most powerful: 3 kW. It can heat food very quickly, above all to bring liquids to the boil. Large diameter element allows you to cook with large pots, pans and grills.
OVEN
The oven has three heaters. Above all, the standard top and bottom heating elements. Top 0.8 kW, bottom 1.2 kW. Thanks to the power difference when turning on, it creates the effect of natural convection, i.e. mixing the air streams. This effect allows you to cook more evenly. This is the first mode of the oven. Here you can set the required cooking temperature up to 250° C, which the thermostat keeps constant at the set temperature. Second cooking mode – grill, one infrared-heated ceiling element with 1,8 kW output. The grill is used for grilling, especially meat, fish and poultry. It provides the food with a crispy and fragrant browning. The grill is also suitable for making hot toasted sandwiches. Can be used to finish cooking, for example for casseroles or grilled baked pork chops. Whichever cooking mode you choose, you can turn on the rotisserie. The rotating spit is attached to the motor that rotates the meat or poultry to brown the food evenly on all sides.
CONTROL:
The hob has a two-hand ignition system. Button on the right side of the panel for switching on the ignition spark. It is necessary to open the fuel supply to the burner by pushing and turning the knob. The flame is continuously adjustable as usual, with both low and high flame options. The oven has one knob.
