MODEL DESCRIPTION

A distinctive feature of this model is the emphasis on powerful elements. So, on the control panel there is not one, as usual, but two of them at once – these are burners for 2.9 kW. The burners are very convenient in that they can be used to bring the food to the desired temperature very quickly. Either medium cookware or large cookware – kettle, pot, frying pan. Burners are indispensable for cooking in massive cast-iron pots and on the grill. One burner is installed at the front right and the other one at the back left. The middle burner has an output close to standard, as does the small one for compact pots and pans. The main oven burner is also very powerful, which allows reaching the desired temperature in the chamber more quickly, especially as its maximum value is 270 degrees. The oven grill also gives intense heat. An interesting feature of the model is an increased capacity of the oven, it makes 72 liters, in standard hobs it is usually in the range of 54-60 liters. This model is designed for those who are capable of culinary feats – baking turkey, piglet, and croissants in large forms.

CONTROL

Cooktop burners are equipped with a two-hand ignition system. There is a button on the right side of the panel pressing it activates a piezo light at the base of the burner, which generates a spark. Minor pressure no gas flow without pressure – safety function and turning the knob activates fuel supply and creates flame on the burner. Regulators have two ready positions – low and maximum flame.

Oven is ignited manually. But the bottom burner is equipped with a device to maintain the temperature – thermostat. This device controls the intensity of the flame so that the temperature always remains at the value chosen by the user. Grill only works at full power. You can adjust the degree of impact from this burner by selecting the oven level. Rotisserie can be used to roast big dishes in the oven. It is connected to the motor and can be used with both main burner and grill.

Gas control system is used to protect the oven from fuel leaks.

DESIGN

The front of the appliance is entirely finished in glass, including the control panel. Solid cast iron grids of the cooking table. There is a drawer under the oven. The lid of the stove is made of impact-resistant glass.
