Mushroom pizza with cheese

For dough:

Electric ovens

200 gr flour,

60g butter,

3 tablespoons vegetable oil,

0.5 cup milk,

salt.

For the filling:

2 onions,

1 tablespoon vegetable oil,

400g fresh champignons,

125 g cheese,

ground black pepper.

Method: knead puff pastry and roll out 5-7 mm thick. Turn out the dough on a baking tray and fold in the edges. Finely chop onion, fry in oil and spread on dough. Wash mushrooms, cut them in half and put them in the next layer of filling. Grate cheese on a grater and sprinkle on the pizza, sprinkle with pepper. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
