Four cheese pizza

For dough:

Gas stoves

250g flour,

25g yeast,

1 cup milk,

2 eggs,

1 tablespoon sugar,

0.5 teaspoons. Spoonfuls of salt,

3 tablespoons vegetable oil.

For the stuffing:

Gouda, Tilsiter, Edamer, Homemade cheese,

oil.

Preparation: make yeast dough, let it rise, knead well and put it on a buttered baking sheet.

Cut the cheese into strips and spread evenly on the tortilla.

Drizzle with oil and put in the oven for 15 minutes.
