For the filling:

150g Swiss cheese

3 eggs

0,5 cup milk

Black ground pepper and salt to taste.

Preparation: Prepare delicate dough, roll it into a sheet shape, put it in a greased pan, covering the bottom and walls. Cover with sliced cheese and eggs whisked with salt, pepper and milk. Crimp around the edges, put in a moderate oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.
