4 flounder fillets,

2 tbsp. Spoonfuls of olive oil,

salt.

Sauce:

500g shrimps,

1 onion,

1 garlic clove,

4 passion fruit,

1 tbsp. tablespoon of butter,

2 cups sour cream,

2 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil,

2 bay leaves,

1 cup flour,

2 tbsp. 1/5 teaspoon olive oil,

ground black pepper,

salt.

Method of preparation:

Season the plaice and shrimp with salt and leave for 15 minutes to allow the salt to absorb. Drain on a napkin. Baste in flour. Fry the fish in the olive oil.

For the sauce

Mince garlic, add onion and sauté together with butter and olive oil, add bay leaf. Fry it all together with the shrimp for three minutes, put in the sour cream and heat for another three minutes.
