Steamed Raphaelkas with fruit sauce (from Lasko recipes)

Needed

Cheese homemade – 200 gr, rice boiled with milk – 1,5 cup., Egg – 2 units., Sugar – 2-3tbsp. l., Vanilla, prunes pitted – 10 pcs.

Steamed

For the sauce: Banana – 1 pc., ryazhenka – 150 g, jam strawberry – 2 tbsp. l.

Preparing

Boil some steamed rice with milk, mix together the cottage cheese, rice and eggs, add vanilla and sugar and knead well, cut the prunes into small pieces. We begin to gather our “rafaelkas”: we take a little bit of “dough” with a tablespoon, put some prunes on it, pour more dough, make some balls, and put them in the steam cooker for 30 minutes.

Make sauce while the balls are cooking: whisk banana, blended ryazhenka and jam in a blender – the sauce is ready. Delicious both hot and cold.
