Vegetable and shrimp salad with orange sauce for Kenwood Chef Sense food processor
Cooking method:
1. Peel shrimp, fry in olive oil with garlic.
2. Flamboyant shrimp with cointreau.
3. Press out the juice of half an orange with citrus press.
4. Cut the other half of the orange into slices.
5. Use the slicing attachment of the Kenwood Chef Sense kitchen machine to slice the zucchini.
6. Mix in arugula, zucchini, orange slices.
7. Prepare the sauce in the blender bowl: add mustard, orange juice, olive oil and powdered sugar to taste.
8. Dress the salad with dressing and serve.
This recipe sounds delicious! I’m curious to know if there are any alternative options for the orange sauce, as I’m not a fan of citrus flavors.
Can the Vegetable and Shrimp Salad with Orange Sauce recipe be made using a regular blender instead of a Kenwood Chef Sense Kitchen Machine?
