Ingredients:
100 g of crab meat,
2 sheets of nori seaweed,
1 cup sushi rice,
1/2 cup chopped lettuce,
1 small cucumber,
1/2 avocado,
50 g of flying fish caviar small red caviar ,
1-1.5 tablespoons mayonnaise.
To prepare: peel avocado and cucumbers, then cut into julienne strips. Slice crab meat into thin strips. Place nori shiny side down on bamboo mat. Spread and tamped 1/2 cup of rice on top, leaving 1 cm on top and bottom of seaweed. Spread the crab meat, lettuce, cucumber, avocado and mayonnaise on the middle of the rice.
Use a bamboo mat to gently roll up the nori, leaving the filling in place. Remove the mat. Sprinkle flying fish caviar on the top of ready sushi. Use a wet knife to cut the roll into 8 pieces and serve.
