Recipes for Multicooker: stuffed cabbage rolls

We will need:

1. Minced meat – 600 gr.

2. Rice – 1.5 m.ST.

3. Onion – 150g.

4. Cabbage – 1-1.5 kg

5. Tomato paste – 0.5 kg.

6. Carrots – 150 gr.

7. Citric acid – 2-3 gr.l.

8. Black pepper – to taste.

9. Salt – to taste.

10. Vegetable oil. – 2 – 3 st.l.

11. Water – 2 m.ST.

Preparation:

1. To make the cabbage leaves supple and soft you need to. Use a knife to cut out the core. Put the cabbage in a pot of suitable size with boiling water, add citric acid or vinegar and as soon as the top leaves are ready, remove and set aside.

2. Rinse the rice, pour boiling water over it and leave to steam .

3. Shred onion and carrots in medium slices.

4. Add half of chopped onion, rice, salt, pepper to minced meat and mix.

5. Place the stuffing on the cabbage leaves and roll up like a loaf.

6. Pour oil into a bowl and put onion and carrot.

7. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “BYUCH” program and set the time, 2 minutes and 3 temperature level. Open the lid of the multicooker and turn the knob to the CLOSED position. Fry the food with the lid open. Press “START” button.

8. Fry onion and carrots, add tomato paste and fry a bit. Pour water.

9. Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in a bowl with the sauce.

10. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “CROWN” program and set the time – 35 minutes and temperature 100 degrees. Press “START” button.
