Ingredients:
3 medium apples Allegro vase.
50 ml gnomic or Harmony honey.
25 ml gnomic cognac.
60g butter “Charm”.
Method of preparation:
Use a vertical peeler to peel the apples. Slice apples into small cubes using a Miracle Cutter with 10 mm blades. Melt butter in a Chef’s Ladle 2.8 L . In a heated ladle “From the Chef” 2.8 liters , place the apples and roast them for 10 minutes. Add cognac.
After the brandy has evaporated, add the honey. Stir thoroughly with a Disco silicone scraper.
Place warmed filling on edge of pancake and roll into an envelope.
Serve the pancakes hot.
