CONSTRUCTION/COMPLETION: body, protective and transparent cover, handle with food safety lock, 2 discs with stainless steel blades.
WHAT CAN DO: grates cheese, chocolate, etc. p. 1st disc , finely cuts mushrooms, ginger, etc. p. 2nd disk .
Description
How to use: select the desired disc, close the cover, insert the handle, put the product, turn the handle, the disc rotates, the product is crushed.
Test results: I grate soft cheese on the first slicer I got the idea with hard cheese, but soft sticks to the grater . Turn the knob, the grater disc rotates, the cheese is shaped like a noodle. It can be used for garnishing salads, sprinkling on sandwiches, on meat “the Polish way”. Looks very attractive.
Next comes the hard, bitter chocolate with nuts I wanted to see the effort required for the nuts as well . You get long shavings. The peanut cracker was able to handle without any effort.
Using the second disk, we cut fresh mushrooms and ginger with skin into thin slices. In both cases, the slices are the same thickness, but the edges are uneven. These go into a “quick” marinade.
In the dry residue: pieces of cheese and chocolate stuck to the grater especially on the edges . Ginger and mushroom skins remain on the knives.
Care: leftovers washed without chemicals, but with a brush. I had to carefully clean all disc teeth.
377 Dollars.
