Cooking
This grill fascinated me. It is very pleasant to cook on it: thanks to the shape, the quality materials, the presence of handles. And I’m willing to forgive it some inconveniences: the lack of a buzzer, and the fact that the lid has to be put somewhere.
Manufacturers recommend pouring water into tray so steam moistens dish. I can honestly say that I saw this recommendation after a week of active cooking on the grill well, who reads the instructions ! , before that we cooked without water. I have not noticed much difference between cooking with water in the pan and without water. While measuring the temperature, I also measured the temperature of the water in the pan – it was 73 degrees. You can assume that with long cooking, when the heating element turns on several cycles, the water will heat up to 100 degrees and add moisture, but you can’t count on active steam formation.
What I liked:
Liked the presence of two forms for cooking. It was possible, using only the grill, to cook meat and vegetables for dinner for 4 people. For example, I roasted vegetables on a flat pan and then roasted meat on a ridged tray. All dishes baked well, the meat immediately “sealed” and, practically, did not lose juice, the vegetables were well roasted.
What was not to my liking:
On the form of grill in the corners where there are no strips there are “dead” zones that are not heated, and if the food is lying there, it will stay raw.

Original and interesting grill. Roomy, functional, easy to clean and operate. In some cases it can replace the stove and allows you to cook a wide range of dishes. The grill is beautiful, the molds look solid, the non-stick coating is reliable. The molds are easy to remove and can be cleaned under the faucet.
The grill takes up a lot of space, a second mold needs to be stored somewhere, the lid is more of a decorative rather than functional detail.
