Ingredients:

Salmon in cheese

1 kg salmon,

150 g mayonnaise,

100g cheese,

Salt and spices to taste.

Cooking: cut fish in 1,5-2 cm long pieces, salt and sprinkle with spices. Place on rack, brush mayonnaise on top. Bake the fish in the oven on the middle grid for 25 minutes at 175 ° C. Sprinkle cheese on fish 5 minutes before it’s ready. Serve in portions with lemon juice.
