2 salmon steaks,
1 zucchini,
1 carrot,
1 sweet bell bell pepper,
Taste and season to taste,
Lemon for serving.
PREPARATION . Cut peppers into long thin slices, carrots and zucchini into circles, sprinkle fish with lemon juice, salt and pepper everything.
TIP: If you have an air grill without a fine grid like with LASKO , it is better to cut the vegetables in long slices, so they do not fall through the bottom of the bowl.
We made the mistake of slicing in circles, so we had to put the grids one on top of the other, making a grid of them. But still a few small pieces of carrot on the bottom.
