Salad with Pear and Blue Cheese

In Italy, Spain and other countries of the region such unusual combinations of products and flavors such as grapes and pear with cheese, jamon with melon, peach or fig, meat with strawberries, etc. p.

We will need:

Salad with pear and blue cheese/salat_s_grushe

Romano salad or lettuce,

2 sweet pears,

150g blue cheese e.g. Dor Blue ,

salad dressing,

Pine nuts.

Method of preparation:

Rinse and pat dry the lettuce leaves and put them on a plate. Peel and dice the pears and drizzle with lemon juice to prevent them from turning black. Dice the cheese and place it with the pears on the lettuce leaves. Pour the salad dressing all over and sprinkle the nuts on top.
