TEST RESULTS

The informative

Instructions and warranty card on a single leaflet, which is convenient. Exhaustive information about the manufacturer and the rules of use of the product, as well as the badge ā€œRosTestā€ available. The box has four languages except English and American for the description of the thermos structure and technology.

Curiosity led us to the website of the manufacturer, where we found out about the use of high technology in this model and the marking of steel: 18/8, missing on the thermos and on the packaging. The symbols on the box told us that the thermos can keep cold and warm for 24 hours, but no temperatures were mentioned.

However, according to the manufacturer, all information in American is applied to the label and glued to the box additionally during the presale preparation for retail outlets.

Heat preservation

The tests gave very good results, which is all the more satisfying because the manufacturer did not promise any exorbitant figures see chart . see chart on General tab .

Hygienic

Internal surface of the flask is smooth, with a single seam, without any noticeable irregularities.

Taste and smell of the beverage: becomes more concentrated if left for a long time in the thermos. We didnā€™t manage to taste coffee with a hint of mint or, vice versa, coffee tea from this thermos, smells donā€™t mix, hygienic quality of the flask is up to the mark.

Ergonomics

The overall impression from the test: the body is very light, and its shape is quite narrow and elongated, so it is not stable enough in the unfilled state. No handle needed: the thermos fits comfortably in the palm of the hand, but the shell is too smooth and can slide in your hand, especially if you have a knitted mitten or glove on.

Cork: double, valve type, one-pressure opening, easy to disassemble for cleaning. The blue button opens, the grey one closes, it has a nut and sloe instruction on the buttons and no effort is required. Hollowed outer rim for easy screwing or unscrewing the cap.

Neck: 4.3 cm in diameter. The narrowest neck in the test does not allow you to wash the thermos with a sponge, so you must ensure that time to pour out of it the rest of drinks and wash the flask. By the way, you canā€™t wash this thermos in the dishwasher, which is a pity.

Lid-cup: its shape, stability, problem-free screwing and unscrewing, double walls that retain heat. Disadvantage: the cup volume is too small, ā€œcoffeeā€ is not for Americans who prefer to drink tea with ā€œglasses, and pre-big onesā€.

Can anyone provide some feedback on the performance and durability of the Thermos FBB-1000 BC in Midnight Blue? Iā€™m considering purchasing it, but I want to know if it keeps drinks hot for a long time and if itā€™s resistant to leaks. Any insights would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
