Recipes for multicookers: carrot muffin

Today we are going to cook on a Cuckoo multicooker

carrot cake.

For this we choose the program mode

OVEN

We will need:

1. Butter – 80 gr.

2. Wheat flour – 75 gr.

3. Sugar – 150g.

4. Corn flour – 100 gr.

5. Salt – to taste.

6. Egg – 1 egg.

7. Soda – 1/4 hr.l.

8. Kefir – 0.5 m.Tbsp .

9. Grate carrots, raisins and walnuts.

Cuckoo

Cooking:

All ingredients are at room temperature.

1. Cream the butter and sugar into a light, creamy mass.

2. One at a time, beat the eggs and the vanilla extract thoroughly.

3. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and stir until smooth.

4. Add raisins, carrots and nuts and mix the dough.

5. Grease the bowl of the multicooker with butter and place the dough in it. Flatten out the top.

6. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “OVEN” program and set the time for 30 minutes, program size 2. Press “START” button.

7. At the end of cooking, remove the muffin to a rack or towel, cool completely.

8. Sprinkle the powdered sugar over the cupcake.
