Recipes for Multicooker: Carrot and Pumpkin Soup

Today we are going to cook carrot and pumpkin soup in a Cuckoo multicooker. For this we choose the program mode – “MULTI-PREPAR”.

We will need:

1. Carrots – 300 gr.

2. Pumpkin – 300 gr.

3. Onion – 150 gr.

4. Vegetable oil. – 1 tbsp.l.

5. Pepper – to taste.

6. Salt – to taste.

7. Water – 5 m.tbsp.

Carrot - pumpkin soup

Preparation:

1. Peel the pumpkin and carrots, wash and grate them.

2. Shred the onions in fine julienne .

3. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and add 5 measuring cups of water.

4. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “MULTI-Cooker” program, set time – 30 minutes and temperature – 100 degrees Celsius. Press “START” button.

Note

: When cooking soup in the “MULTI-PREPAR” program, it is not recommended:

– Set temperature over 100 degrees.

– Pour the liquid water or broth over 3 liters, indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
