English muffin

Nutmeg

Butter

Cinnamon

Raisins

Hazelnut

Almonds

0.5 m.tbsp.

50 gr.

Salt

0.5 ch. l.

Leavening batter

15 gr.

Preparation

Whisk the sugar with melted butter.

We add 4 eggs one by one and beat well.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix thoroughly with a mixer.

Add spices, salt and mix. Pour the raisins in first, then the nuts.

Note

Cake cooling. The cake is good when put away, we eat it two weeks later.
