Sure, here’s a simple and delicious recipe for stuffed peppers using a multicooker:
      1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
      2. In a separate bowl, mix ground meat (beef or turkey), cooked rice, finely chopped onions, garlic, herbs, and spices. Add salt and pepper to taste.
      3. Stuff the pepper halves with the meat mixture and place them in the multicooker pot.
      4. Add a cup of water or broth to the pot, ensuring it doesn’t touch the peppers.
      5. Close the multicooker and set it to “pressure cook” mode for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the peppers.
      6. Once done, carefully release the pressure and open the multicooker. Optionally, sprinkle some cheese on top of the stuffed peppers.
      7. Close the lid and let the residual heat melt the cheese for a couple of minutes.
      8. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious stuffed peppers! You can also garnish them with fresh herbs or serve them with a side salad. Enjoy!

One great recipe for stuffed peppers using a multicooker is to combine ground beef or turkey, cooked rice, diced tomatoes, onions, garlic, and your favorite seasonings in a bowl. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds. Stuff the peppers with the mixture and place them in the multicooker. Add a cup of broth to the bottom of the multicooker, then set it to pressure cook for about 10-12 minutes. Once done, you can top the peppers with cheese and broil for a few minutes for a delicious finish. Feel free to customize the recipe with your favorite ingredients and seasonings for a tasty meal. Enjoy!
