Today we’re making soup with peas, tomatoes and bell peppers in our Cuckoo! . For this we choose the program mode – “MULTIPOVAR”.

1. Young peas – 2 m.Tbsp.
2. Potatoes – 2 pcs.
3. Onions – 150 gr.
4. Vegetable oil – 1 pc. – 2 tbsp.l.
5. Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
6. Carrots – 150 gr.
7. Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
8. Black pepper – to taste.
9. Salt – to taste.
10. Greens – 1 bunch.
11. Water – 7 m.tbsp.

Cooking:
1. Cut the potatoes into cubes.5 h 1.5 cm.
2. Slice onion and carrot into medium slices.
3. Cut the peppers in half rings.
4. Dice tomatoes and add sugar.
5. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select “Frying” program, set time for 2 minutes and temperature level 3. Open the lid of the steam cooker and turn the handle to the CLOSED position. Broil with the lid open. Press “START” button.
6. Fry onion and carrots until golden.
7. Put all the ingredients in the bowl and add 7 level measuring cups of water.
8. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to choose “CROWN” program and adjust time – 25 minutes and temperature 100 degrees. Press START button.
Note
: When cooking soup in the “MULTI-PREPAR” program, it is not recommended:
– Set temperature over 100 degrees.
– Pour the liquid water or broth above the mark of 3 liters indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.
