Peppers stuffed with vegetables and bulgur with Provencal herbs: a taste of summer gone by

We will need:

Peppers – 8 capsules. Rinse, cut off the tops, remove the stalks and seeds ,

Water – 2 multi-cup or broth pour into the bowl .

For the stuffing

mix:

Bulgur – 1,5 multi cups,

Tomato – 1pc.,

Garlic – 2 cloves,

Onion – 1 pc.,

Carrots – 1pc. Small chop vegetables ,

Greens

to taste,

Provencal herbs” or “Italian herbs” seasoning,

Salt.

Method of preparation:

Can be cooked with rice, meat, and mushrooms. You can stuff tomatoes, zucchini and eggplants too. Stuffing with bulgur – wheat groats – seems more refined and nontrivial to me. In the multicooker the dish is cooked as in the oven, all the juices and flavors soak in, and if you let it stand in a bowl with the lid closed, it becomes even richer and tastier.

Result of cooking in “Multicooker” mode for 25 minutes at 105 degrees: all evenly cooked, the peppers did not get soggy and retain their shape, bulgur was soaked with the aromas of herbs and vegetables. I first set the time to 15 minutes, but the grits and peppers were a little stiff. Another 10 minutes had to add. By the way, the dish was so loved by the family that after a couple of days I had to cook it for an encore. I set the time to 20 minutes – everything came out great. By the way, the second time I used the delayed start function – I just set the time by which we had to return from an outing: the ingredients do not spoil, there is no risk, very convenient. Back from the woods – and here is such a surprise!
