Recipes for Multicooker: Pumpkin puree soup

Today in our Cuckoo multicooker we’re going to make for the kids

Spicy pumpkin and carrot puree soup.

Select the program mode for this – “MULTI-Cooker.

We will need:

1. Pumpkin – 200 gr.

2. Carrots – 100 gr.

3. Water – 1 m.tbsp.

4. Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp.l.

5. Ground ginger – on the tip of a knife.

6. Nutmeg – on the tip of a knife.

7. Brown sugar – to taste.

8. Cream – to taste.

Pumpkin puree soup

Preparation:

1. Cut pumpkin and carrots into small pieces.

2. Place all the ingredients in the bowl of the multicooker.

3. Select with the buttons “

” program “

MULTICOOKER

“Set the time to 20 minutes and the temperature to 100 degrees.

4. Press “

START

5. Pour the soup into another bowl at the end of cooking.

6. Process in a blender or strain with a sieve.

7. Add cream to taste.

      Ingredients:
      – 1 small pumpkin, peeled and diced
      – 1 onion, chopped
      – 2 cloves of garlic, minced
      – 4 cups vegetable broth
      – 1 tsp ground cinnamon
      – 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
      – Salt and pepper to taste
      – 1/2 cup heavy cream (optional)

      Instructions:
      1. Set your multicooker to the sauté function and add a bit of oil. Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
