Tupperware presents recipes for classic Thanksgiving dishes: pumpkin cream soup

The fourth Thursday of November is the day when housewives have a chance to show off their culinary skills and gather the whole family for a festive dinner. In the U.S. it is known as Thanksgiving, and in 2013 it falls on November 28. The Tupperware company offers to join this wonderful tradition, to please their loved ones with culinary novelties and offers a selection of traditional recipes for this holiday. “The queen of the evening” on Thanksgiving is turkey, and pumpkin, another classic ingredient of the holiday, can be used to make side dishes, soups and desserts. You can easily make these dishes to life in any kitchen with Tupperware’s unique products.

Pumpkin cream soup

We’ll need:

400 grams of pumpkin

1 head of shallots

1 garlic clove

250 ml of cream 30% fat

300 ml of broth pre-made

2 sprigs of parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

Dice pumpkin flesh with a chef’s knife and place it in a Tupperware One-Touch Matryoshka bowl 4.25 l .

Chop the onion and garlic in a turbo chopper 300 ml .

Place chopped vegetables in a 1 L container and let it cook for 10 minutes at 600 W in the microwave.

Grind the contents of the Microplus container 1 liter in the Chef’s Combine 1.5 liter until smooth, adding in batches of broth.

Add cream, salt, pepper, stir with a Disco silicone scraper, put back into a 1 L container and cook for 6 minutes at 600 watts.

Slice parsley with Disco scissors and add to the cream soup.
