Recipes for Multicooker: Berry Compote

Today we are going to cook with a Cuckoo multicooker

We will need:

1. Berries raspberries, strawberries, etc. . – 2 m.tbsp.

2. Sugar – 0.5 m.st.

3. Water – 10m.Tbsp.

Preparation:

1. Wash berries and remove stalks.

2. Place berries, sugar, and water in the bowl of the pressure cooker.

3. Press “right”, “left” buttons to select the “CROWN” program and set the time to 20 minutes and temperature to 100 degrees Celsius. Press “START” button.

4. After finishing cooking, let the compote infuse for 15 to 20 minutes.

Note

: It is not recommended to cook beverages in the “MULTI-Cooker” program:

– Set the temperature to over 100 degrees Celsius.

– Pour the liquid water or broth exceeding the 3 liter mark indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.

At the end of the cooking time you can add boiling water.
