Recipes for multicookers: berry compote

Today we are going to cook with the Cuckoo multicooker

We will need:

1. Berries raspberries, strawberries, etc can be put on the stove for at least 2 hours. – 2 m.tbsp.

2. Sugar – 0.5 m.Tbsp.

3. Water – 10 m.100 degrees centigrade.

Preparation:

1. Wash berries and remove stalks.

2. Place berries, sugar and water in the bowl of pressure cooker.

3. Press “RIGHT”, “LEFT” buttons to select the “CROWN” program, set the time 20 minutes and the temperature 100 degrees. Press “START” button.

4. After boiling, let the compote stand for 15 to 20 minutes.

Note

When cooking beverages in the “MULTI-Cooker” program, it is not recommended:

– Set the temperature over 100 degrees.

– Add liquid water or broth exceeding the threshold of 3 liters indicated in the bowl of the multicooker.

At the end of the cooking time you can add boiling water.
