For the dough:
25 grams of yeast,
1 teaspoon sugar,
500 grams of flour,
0.5 teaspoon salt,
30 g margarine.
For the stuffing:
2 garlic cloves,
6 tablespoons olive oil,
1 sprig fresh or 2 tablespoons dried rosemary.
Method: Dilute yeast and sugar in warm water 300 ml .
Mix flour with salt, add diluted yeast and melted margarine and knead into a smooth dough.
Cover the dough with a clean cloth and place in a warm place for 15 minutes to rise until doubled in volume .
Roll out, put filling and bake in preheated oven.
